Not changing my name for this, only becuase I know my mum will never read it!!

Sorry to be embarassing, but can anybody suggest the best sexual positions to try once the bump gets too much in the way? Most of the pregnancy books I've read lean more towards giving up all together and "enjoying a sensitive massage"... I'm 25 weeks so not in the mood to give it up yet

Now I've been especially disgusting and shamed myself, I'll slink off...

a sensitive massage - wtf? im with you, theres no need to give up til the day!

lie on your back, lift your legs up, and lies on his side at 90 degrees to you and hey presto. if your bump is not comfy that way then spoons is good too

enjoy! lol

Elf - my problem is that DH's bump's too big, not mine (horrible staying out late barsteward that he is!!!!!!)

hands and knees can be ok too, but beware of ouchy deepness.

also dp/dh on their knees in missionary ish rather than leaning over u...unfortunately no kissing can be done at same time due to huge baby in the way..lol

We had sex until night b4 my induction at 42 wks so it is possible

unfortunately this time i have no sex drive whatsoever...sigh

How about you on your back and him under your legs, kind of making a 'T'. Bit like spoons but I find sometimes spoons hurts - if your on your back it's not as deep. Sorry if this doesn't make any sense - no good with sex position names! Although Nemo, 'doggy' always makes me titter! HeHe!

Thanks for all the info. Kind of takes the romance and passion out of it when you say "ohh, that hurts the bump". At least can suggest a couple of ideas to DH for us to try out

Got 15 weeks til due date, so will see how it goes! Do love the pregnancy books that suggest the massage, but did double check the publishing date. Shocked to see was in 2000's and not 1950s!
