painful lump in armpit :(

I have a small, tender to touch lump in my left armpit. It feels like its just under the skin and looks a little red. Its not a spot or a pimple but me being a hypochondriac i am fearing the worst. I had a pain there in my first trimester of this pregnancy, but no lumps and the pain went away. A few weeks ago the pain came back and it was quite sore, but again no lumps so i thought maybe i had pulled a muscle under my arm. Then this morning i noticed the pain was back and only this evening bothered to have a feel and noticed the small lump. I am 24 weeks pregnant, i had my swine flu jab the other day so was thinking maybe it was my lymph glands working, or have read it could be a cyst or something.
I will be ringing the doc first thing monday but just wanted to see if anyone had had this before and whether i should be freaking out or not (which i already have!!).

I had one similar a few weeks ago. T'was an ingrown hair that had become infected. It's more than likely try not worry, but checked just to be safe.

I think it a folliculitis, I have been having it since week 11. I'm now 26w.
My GP says that it's my body reacting to the pregnancy hormones!
Get it check but it is probably this and get cured but antibiotic (I have been on antibiotics for 9 weeks on the last 15 weeks because of this, it hurts a lot and it's very uncomfortable)

As far as I know, if it were something nastier it wouldn't actually be sore iyswim. It sounds like an infected follicle. Hope the Dr can set your mind at rest.
