Pain in 'front box'

I am 29 weeks pregnant and my 'front box' feels very sore like it has been bruised, i am also have pain along my caesarean scar, has anyone else experienced anything similar?

A 'front box' is where your lady garden is (your pubic hair)lol. Thought it was a widely used expression, oops must just be me then.

Sorry can't help on the pain issue but "front box" has me in stitches. So funny. I have never heard of that before!

I get pain there on and off, especially when I walk lots. Am 28 weeks. Hoping it's normal - it never hurts when I'm at MW apts so forgt to ask, everytime!

Is that like a window box, something you have if there's no room for a full ladygarden?

Um, I think it's fairly common. I seem to remember being fairly tender around there. Isn't it the pubic bone?

Great term

Yup - happens to me when have done too much tbh.

The pillow between the legs when sleeping has helped as has all the other advice as to how to reduce aggravation caused by SPD - keeping legs together as much as poss, sitting down to put socks/ trouses on etc etc.
