sickness in late pregnancy (39wks)

I am 39+1 wks pg. I have had HG throughout it. Have had some let up over the last couple months, sick perhaps 2-3 times a week, manageable.

Over the last 10 days or so, been sick daily, and in the last couple of days it has not let up and yesterday did not keep any food down, but did keep some fluids down. My wee is dark, but I am at least producing some.

I woke being sick last night, due to severe acid and took some metaclopromide and omeprazol which i was prescribed earlier, the first for the HG and the second as I had been so violently sick i tore the lining of my stomach about 6 wks ago.

GP has not said to stop taking the metaclopromide, but it stopped gradually as i became less sick but he said not not take the omeprazol for very long, just to get my stomach back on track, so i do not know if i should be taking it now.

I am going to call the midwife advice line when it opens this morning. But i am a bit concerned they might hospitalise me at this late stage due to lack of energy and fluid intake so soon before giving birth? They won't do that will they?

Off to gp, spoke to MW who talked to day assessment who want to see me to check for dehydration etc but who need me to be referred by gp so off there in an hour. I am guessing today will be a day of driving around and waiting and around. But hey, i am on ML, nothing else to do eh?
