I have no control over my bladder lately.
I get the realisation about 2 mins before I gotta go and if I ain't on a loo by then I need to get changed

I don't know what to do about it. I've always had weak bladder control but no where near like this. I've been doing my excersises since I was preg with DD but it's gone terrible.

Don't know what I'm expecting you to say but I just need to tell someone and I can't tell anyone in RL.

Do you have any pelvic floor physios in your area who could help?

I don't know and TBH I'm too embarassed to ask (this will be LO2 by the way and didn't have the trouble when preg with DD)

Your pelvic floor must have been weakened by your first baby's birth.
Mention it to your midwife or GP at your next appointment. They WILL be able to point you in the right direction. I know it's awful to have to talk about but they have heard EVERYTHING.

Dunno if I can say it though - may have to try cos this has GOT to be more embarrasing than saying it. I daren't leave the house and my scans have been so stressful.

How about this. Print out this thread and give it to your MW or GP. Just say "please read this, I'm too embarrassed to say it out loud". They deal with seriously embarrassed people all the time, especially midwives. If your GP is unkind about it (esp a man) just say "I hope you never need prostate surgery!!"

No, really . I had incontinence after Jackbaby's forceps delivery. Happened at the same time as my stepdad was being treated for prostate cancer, and he was having incontinence too. We were never terribly close before but the shared trauma gave us some common ground.

Male GPs don't seem to take pelvic floor issues as seriously as females...
