Pregnancy

any recommendations for support pillows e.g. dreamgenie, especially if you have spd?

Wondering whether it's worth getting a pregnancy support pillow for at night. Last time, I remember being very uncomfortable in late pregnancy and just want to know if a special pillow will help or if I'm better off with a regular pillow (which did nothing for me last time). I have SPD - not terribly, but really hurts at night...
Thanks!

yes I bought the dreamgenii in my last pg and it was far better than trying to pile normal pillows all over the place. I then gave it to someone else when she was pregnant and had spd and had no feedback from her whatsoever so I don't even know if she used it . but it was great for me.

did you look at any other kinds which could be used on both sides? dreamgenii looks like you can only sleep on your left side which is a bit of a negative point to be honest...or didn't it matter?

you can flip the dreamgeni over if you want to sleep on a different side
