Has anyone had this when they have given birth. I was just wondering what the cause of it was. I know it can be infection but has anyone had that infection diagnosed???
i dont know im afraid but am bumping for you in case mears sees it.
There's someone on here who's placenta came flying out and hit the midwife in the face - does that count as offensive?
Sorry it just sounds a funny condition! I've never heard of it before.. sure Mears will be along shortly or someone who's experienced it!
What actually hit her LOL
Offensive thats bloody aggressive LOL
Lol! Can't believe no one's had it though....
Offensive usually means that there is a suspicion of infection because of the aroma. However, can smell without being infected IYSWIM? I would take swabs of placenta if I wthought it was offensive to make sure there was no infection.
