Had scan today, we are 12 weeks exactly according to the scan. Baby was really active which we never saw in the scans we had with Lottie. His or her arms and legs were going mad, all over the place, it was great
So due date is 22 Dec, 5 days after Lottie turns 4 . Great birthday and Xmas present rolled into one!

Due date Beety, no c section happening here, well not if I can help it, booked into the active birth centre so no epidural or drugs of any kind either hopefully.

Hopefully this will be one hell of a wonderful, crazy Xmas

Fabuloso!
DS was an in utero dancer, in both 12 week and 20 week scans, I was amazed how much movement was going on. (They said he was particularly active, so maybe BabyThom will be 'hoppy' too).

Oooh, I can't wait - you'd better give birth on time, I can see me at Xmas dinner, surreptitiosly logging on...

On time or a week or few days early and I'll be well happy. I'd be a bit gutted if he or she is born on Xmas day I must admit, i miean it doesn't really matter but.... a) I want to be enjoying my xmas dinner or xmas day and b) i think people with a b.day on xmas day might agree it's not maybe the best days to be born on? But hey ho, just want it all to be okay at the end of the day, nothing else matters.

Hurrah! One month before me, I'm 22 Jan... . Really delighted the scan went so well.

Well if it is born on xmas day you could celebrate his/her half birthdays on 25 June instead like a friend of mine does?

Congratulations, Thomcat. My ds1 was due on 22nd December...he arrived on 30th! I was very disappointed to still be pg on Xmas day, though at least I wasn't in labour.

Start saving for the birthday and Christmas present splurge you will have to indulge in every year Thomcat!

(My ds2's bday is 21st - I can't say I recommend it but you know already if your dd's bday is the 17th.)
