Daft question re birthing ball

best way to sit on it?

Do your knees always ahve to be lower than hips?

am trying to get baby more engaged etc

Sit right on your fanjo, legs spread each side and roll your hips around and rotate. Very nice feeling when your bump is really heavy smile

I think your knees do need to be lower than hips if you're trying to open up your pelvis.

And keep bouncing as well as rotating smile
