stabbing pains "down below"!?

Hi

Am 18+6, and have stabbing pains down below ( i think there might be an acronym for it, but can't remember!). Is this normal or should I be calling the doc?! Just this morning...ate badly yesterday (no fruit or veg!) and feeling a bit constipated. IS it all connected?

Not sure if that's what it is or if it's a bit early. Personally I don't think it's anything to worry about unless you are seriously in pain with them?

I got this in my first pregnancy and have had a few this time round also - am 20 weeks. I think its just stretching ligaments. Bloody sharp pain though - can completely stop you in your tracks.

All normal.
