i didnt suffer with piles with my first pregnancy, they happened after the labour and lasted for months. Last week it seems they have returned, and I'm now only 12 weeks pregnant! Has anyone else ever had them so early on? I'm worried as I wasnt expecting it until much later. At the moment its not too bad, but I am now petrified of whats going to happen following the birth. I've read that they're caused by constipation, but I havent really had any problems going to the loo. One of the downsides of pregancy!!!
