First pregnancy, head not engaged at 37+5

Hello All,
I was wondering whether this really was cause for concern: this is my first baby, and the midwife starting freting about the head not engaging at my 36wk appointment. Head was at brim of pelvis then, and hadn't moved by wk37. Got refered to a scan the following day, which showed no placenta blocking the way, nor the "very big baby" that the MW thought could be a reason.
Is this "head no engaged but 1st preg" really an issue? BB is lying head down, with her back to my right... I wasn't really concerned, but maybe I should be?

Our babies head never fully engaged, and was only 2/5 engaged as I was being induced! My sisters baby never engaged at all until her waters broke. I don't think you should worry, it's quite common in first pregnancies so I was told. Also if baby was fixed at the brim of your pelvis, then it's going in the right direction! Still plenty of time for baby to move down a bit more
