breech at 32 weeks, will she turn? any tips to help her go head down?

Had a growth scan yesterday because of GD, Baby has a lot of fluid to move round in, largest pool over 10cm!

After being head down for the last few months the little monkey has gone and turn her self right round and is now breech, bottom presenting, legs stretch right out, so basically bent double.

I am gutted because I absolutely don't want to have a CS.

Anybody got any tips for helping her turn? should I started scrubbing my floors?

My first didn't turn head down until quite late on so there is certainly time yet for this to work.

I've also heard frozen peas on the top of your tummy or drinking/eating cold things can encourage them to move too...seems a bit mean mind you!!

I spent the last month of my first pregnancy weeding the garden on hands and knees and watching TV while lying prostrate over one of those big swiss ball things, rocking to and fro, and DS turned himself right into the perfect position - so I'd say yes, scrub those floors, it's definitely worth a go! My first was breech until 35 weeks, then turned in time for delivery at 37 weeks.

This one (32 weeks) is still doing lots of turning and is breech at least once a week! Spending time draped over a beanbag in the evenings helps to turn it back.

Plenty of time for her to turn without any intervention but crawling around the floor might help

There's still plenty of time for the little one to turn.

Google Optimum Fetal Positioning (OFP) and you'll pick up some tips on getting the baby into the best position.
