First OB Appointment

Hello All,

I have my first obstetrician's appointment later today and just realised I don't know what to expect. I am 14 weeks and was referred due to being on long-term medication before becoming pregnant as well as being overweight.

Could anybody shed some light on what usually goes on at these things, especially the first time, along with any questions that are good to ask/remember?

I really hope they say all is okay and bounce me back to community midwives but have no idea!
