Hi annatiff1. In my first PG I had a dodgy stomach every day for last 3 months. In my present PG, now nrly 17 weeks I have had the odd dodgy tummy already. After seeing a nutritionist it turned out to be candida in the gut. PG hormones help it to thrive and sugar, bread, anything with yeast (which is everything just about) help it to thrive further. It may also be coupled with vaginal thrush. I had it in PG too and don't usually suffer with it. Anyway TMI! Eating natural yogurt everyday will help as it contains good bacteria, even if it's not candida, the good bacteria will help to ease your tummy upset. These Yakult or other daft drinks are counter productive as they contain loads of sugar. Hope that helps.
