My nausea definitely came back towards the end. As long as you keep an eye on your blood pressure esp if you get any blurred vision.

How many weeks are you?

I had this too, sickness came back with a vengence around 37+weeks and had terrible headaches plus so tired all the time.

I got checked at day unit at maternity hospital, BP was fine so they diagnosed pregnancy related migranes and gave me anti-emetics to help keep my food down as I was actually vomiting most back up, resulting in ketones in urine.

Maybe worth a visit to day unit to get checked over, just to make sure BP is ok.

Hope you feel better soon

Oh and ask for a haemoglobin check as I ended up on pregaday for last 2 weeks as my Hb dipped due to the sickness.
