Exercise in early pregnancy...

I've just found out that I'm pregnant... Around three weeks at the moment... What's the deal with exercising? I train three times a week already doing circuits and boxercise etc.. Is it still okay for me to do these things as I've done them before or should I stop?

no its fine to go exercising just now, unless a dr or midwife tells you otherwise

just dont push too hard on stretching and be careful about all the usual things like drinking and not getting too hot

later on you might need to find something a little gentler, but you have a long time yet to worry about that
