I feel like I could do with being winded like a baby!

Seriously. I have gone from puking constantly to feeling like I have an enormous stuck burp. A very weird sensation

And have come to the conclusion its not easy to wind yourself .

Oh well, better than puking or acid reflux.

When my babies struggled to burp kind of stretching their neck and rubbing their back helped .......can you stretch your neck and rub your back???

I can't reach my back, only my shoulders . But I have an urge to lie upside down on the sofa. You think that might help?

nickschick - its not low enough down for a fart, its stuck in my windpipe. Have no infacol, maybe I should send DH to the shops to get me some. Imagine explaining that to the late night pharmacist - its not for the baby, he is not born yet, its for my wife!

what can you drink to help you burp??? hmmmm cola??

is sugared water for belly ache??

can you do a big swallow?

Oh, I have some cola, but it makes me sick , however, I have been fine today so I might chance it...!

s'alright, I was not entirely sure i had even put it in the right place

Coke not worked, now I feel like I need to burp even more

I might just go to bed and see how that goes, you know lying flat and all that business at least if it does not work it will take my mind of it by me being asleep

awkward tho .....dont sleep facing your dh - if you burp it will give him a heart attack and if you fart then whossshhhhh he can fly he can fly he can fly

LOL!!! Luckily, as I have been sleeping badly and keeping us both awake and we are both exhausted, he slept on the sofa bed in the front room, love that he is, so I could burp and fart to my heart's content!!!! I did not though, woke up, and it was all gone
