5 weeks pregnant! Such a long way to go, anyone want to join me??

Hi all, just thought i'd have a go a starting a page for all the mummy's and daddy's who have just found out they are expecting.

I am currently 5 weeks pregnant with dc3. Got 2 Ds's 5 years and 11 months xxxxxxxxxx

I'll join you - Just got my BFP today! I'm not even sure I know right from left at the moment - head still spinning!!! Took us 15 months of trying so can't quite believe it's really happening.

Have you seen a doctor yet? I don't really know what to do now! I was all booked in for infertility tests this month!!!!

BIG BIG congratulations to you - I know how magical it is!

I think October 3rd from looking at mymonthlycycles.com! so excited just a bit cautious as I tested early. AF could be due any time up today, although I expected it Monday! So just praying it dose stay away, have read people getting BFP then AF starting shortly afterwards. Full of joy aren't I! ha ha

Can't quite believe it yet! x

Hi, im 5ish weeks pregnant too! im due 24th Sept but having to check at my 12 week scan cause i have a longer/irregular cycle so think i probably more likily to be due beg of Oct.
Anyone got any symptoms yet?? i havent but would like something to confirm to myself that i am really pregnant!

hi, congrats ballio!! i have no symptoms other than sore boobs at the mo and i am quite tired but i have been working alot lately. it never seems real until your scan, i cant wait for mine!! you are due the same time as me!!

yeah this is my 2nd so thought i would chill out a bit. Think it just doesnt seem real yet not yet told my partner cause he been away at work and back at 9.30 this eve. Plus i concieved during month 1 of trying....lucky really!

Ahh bet your excited to tell him! We were lucky too, managed to conceive without really trying!! we em to do better when we relax about it

congratulations!!!!we have just found out were around 6wks. i have been feeling very tired and extremely hungry. i have just started feeling sick. i have not been sick yet and dont want to be really. i was hoping for some advise. like what food would take it away or is it just sucking mints. is it differant for everyone. i know its a good sign and am very happy but would love not to feel like this. please help thanks xx

i had it with ds1 and never found anything that worked, ( was under alot of stress at the time ) you can try sucking boiled sweets, eating ginger biscuits, eatting something before getting out of bed. congratulations by the way :-)
