Anyone used amniosense pads and are they reliable?

Someone on here suggested amniosense pads a few months ago when I had some very early labour at 29 weeks to check for leaking amniotic fluid.

Have many of you used them and are they reliable?

I've heard from midwives that the old litmus tests they used to use to test for leaks were not very reliable and would change colour too easily.. just wonder if these use the same?
