Sorry, have searched threads for this and cant find anything. There seems very little written on packets in Tesco abotu taking when pregnant.

Got really bad headache, cold and sore throat. How about Anadin? Am at work now and only have a colleagues pill collection which have none of the boxes...

Thanks!

I'm full of cold too and all bunged up and have just been taking Paracetamol. As far as I know, Paracetamol is the only painkiller that's widely agreed to be safe in pregnancy... Be interested to hear if there is anything I can take as it's driving me mad.... Hope you feel better soon, Millie. xx

Paracetamol is the best way to go.

Thanks guys. MsG, hope you feel better too - as if we dont have enough to deal with!

Am currently eating Soothers which seem mainly to be sugar and I cant see anywhere where they are medicated so they are probably ok I am guessing.

Personally I would take paracetamol and warmed lemonade with a spoonful of sugar in it.... it works like a lemsip but without all the crap in it.

Don't bother with soothers they are mainlt sweets.

My cold is getting worse... Nose almost constantly blocked. Might try breathing in steam, and I might try the lemonade as that sounds quite nice!! x
