I have been suffering from constipation for the last month or so and don't seem to be able to find anything that is really helping.I am taking Fybogel twice a day, eating All Bran in the morning, easting lots of fruit and exercising regularly - I can't think of much more I can do!Any tips anyone?
Are you drinking lots of water - you need to do that as well as eating the fibrous stuff. Also - are you taking iron - that can really slow things down?
Pear Juice!A Dr recommended it to me the other week and it worked a treat.I got pear and apple juice from Sainsburys.
Thanks for the tips - I'll try and drink more (although I do feel like I'm drinking loads already) and I'll definatley give pear juice a go!
