Blurry Vision

I'm 35 weeks and woke up about an hour ago with blurry vision. It's really strange. Does anybody have any idea what it could be and will it just go away?

Visual disturbances can be a symptom of pre-eclampsia - you should probably get yourself to a mw and get checked out, although hope it is nothing!

Thank you for your replies. I went to the emergency doctor who said it was a mix of a low BP and a big baby sitting on my artery while I slept.
