Tired pleeeeeeeeeease help!!

Im 26 weeks preg and feel like ive been pregnant forever. All i want to do is sleep and dont know why i feel so tired, does anyone have any suggestions to help make me feel less tired??

Have you had your iron levels checked? You might be a bit anaemic.
Other than that, I'm afraid it's just part of the joys of pg!

I had my iron levels checked at 20 weeks and all was ok - do you think i should ask for another test at 28 weeks?

Yep.
It can change rapidly.
Also ask mw if she's any ideas?
Are you able to eat and sleep well?

Luckily im off work for the summer holidays so i am sleeping most of it, i seem to think iv eaten healthily too...ill get it checked out! thanks

My iron levels were ok at 20 weeks they routinely checked at 28 and they had dropped considerably. Have been taking spatone as dont like the side effects of the iron tabs.
Am now 36 weeks and having iron levels checked again on wednesday.
I was exhausted too.

i am only 8 weeks pregnant but am absolutly shattered and feel sick all the time! sleep as much as u can, i cant as am working and have 2dc's too, and sometimes i just cry i am feeling so crappy!

A friend of mine swears by acupuncture for tiredness when she's pregnant. I keep meaning to give it a go, but haven't quite managed to get there yet... She had it until her DS was about 3 months, and said she really noticed her energy levels dropped when she stopped going. Might be worth a try??
