I am overweight and think that i might be pregnant!

I want to loose some weight but don't want to harm baby ( if pregnant)

I was just going to replace all crisps chocolate etc to fruit and and do 30 mins on exercise bike and walk more rather than taking car!

Will this be OK?

yip sounds sensible lifestyle change rather than a diet

Sounds good, plus morning sickness may help. I lost 2stone with my first baby in the first trimester!

Take it easy on the execise machines if you are not used to it but you should be fine if you keep active and eat well. You may not find it works out exactly as planned but concentrate on being healthy, not losing weight, and don't weigh yourself!

If you do get morning sickness, skip the exercise.

Sounds perfect. You could also make sure that your carbs are good ones - wholewheat pasta, wholemeal bread etc rather than white.

And congratulations if you are!
