DS - 23 weeks (in retrospect probably had felt flutters for a couple of weeks before that, but hadn't registered what they were)
DD - 14 weeks (and that was with an anterior placenta)

I THINK I felt DS at about 12 weeks, despite what the books say...

12 weeks.

When I told the trainee sonographer at the 20 week scan, she curtly informed me that it was impossible.

Stupid Cow.

Congrats on being able to typing DD Disenchanted

Gina I spent a week in denial as I knew what I was feeling but my research said it wasn't possible. What is interesting is that I felt movement just after 8.5 weeks which is exactly when a fetus begins to move...I still don't really understand it. Afterall at my 12 week scan on Monday we were told the baby's only 5cm crown to rump so you wouldn't think it would have any impact on me..

16 weeks both times

Report

fluttery thing 17 weeks ish - proper movement about 21 weeks. He never moved a lot, it used to worry me shitless. Only the night before I went into labour 40 weeks + 8 did he go flipping mental, literally doing somersaults, my tumy was like something out of alien. It was freaky.

Dd about 17 weeks first flutters, by the time I had my 20wk scan she was going mental in there

Ds about 12 weeks if I laid on my front, had a random strong kick that I felt from the outside at 14 weeks.

Ds1 18 weeks
Ds2 17 weeks
No3 14 weeks and now at 18 weeks is already able to kick like a mule, and appears to dislike me sitting, standing or lying in any position in which I feel comfortable!
