Hi - I'm just escaping this heat for a minute to lie down yet again and see if I can feel my mini piglet moving. Have read so much on here about movements from 11 - 12 weeks that I'm getting paranoid as I've had a missed miscarriage already this year.

Am I naturally worried or paranoid ???

With ds1 (5th baby 4th pg) I didn't feel movement until nearly 20 weeks. I'm sure its coz my tummy had stretched

Are you seeing a midwife yet? At 16 weeks a heartbeat should be heard to put your mind at rest maybe xx

Thanks Magnolia - 20 weeks is more reassuring! No not seeing midwide yet. Had booking in at 12 wk scan. I have a scan at 21 weeks and then 1st m/w appointment should be at 28 weeks! Actually receptionist made a mistake and has made it for 24 weeks. If I don't feel anything this week coming I might make an appointment just for reassurance.

Anyone else ?

Couldn't be sure I felt anything this time round until 19 weeks.

I didn't feel movement (that I knew wasn't gas) in either my pregnancies until around 20 weeks. But then again neither of them moved a lot anyway.

I'm 18 weeks with DC2 and only just starting to think that I might be feeling something, but still can't be sure. It is a bit weird, as my belly is HUGE , so weird to look so pregnant but not feel anything (guess it's just because there's so much room in there at the moment!). Got my 20 week scan a week on Wed, so that should give me some reassurance...
