DH and I are thinking about setting up a giftlist at Bump to 3, and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them?
Quite a few people (esp grandparents) are saying that they want to get us things, and this seems like a good solution. We don't live near any of our family so it's not like we can go shopping with them or physically point at the sort of thing we're after. We're obviously really grateful for anything people want to help out with, and this seems like the best way to make sure we get stuff we really need and that will be really useful, as opposed to 20 babygros that will never get used before they're outgrown.
It seems a bit weird - we never had a gift list for our wedding because we didn't like the asking for presents thing, but when people really want to help this feels like the best way to make sure their money isn't wasted and goes on genuinely useful stuff.
