Pregnancy

30 weeks pg and getting pains

I'm 30 weeks pg with my second. The baby's head has been well-down now for sometime and it has been quite painful in the pelvis area although manageable.

Today and last night I am in quite a bit of pain although it is lower down in my 'bits' and down my legs. I can barely walk! Is this 'normal'? Can't believe I still have 10 weeks to go with this level of discomfort. Anything I can do to help this or things I should avoid to prevent getting worse? Thanks
