I'm still early on, but I read your last oooh oooh ouch post and I have been feeling very sorry for you!!! I hope your little one arrives very soon. Are you having a home birth or going to the hospital?

I am 2 days under. Boredom, tiredness, excitement, terror, indigestion, grumpiness, .....

Will I have to stop being so grumpy once I don't have the pregnant excuse?

evening all
star I don't know, will no doubt keep everyone posted of my every move

springer no as we will have sleep deprivation to blame then

sleepy I was 10 days over with ds and somehow stupidly thought I was owed an 'early' one this time round

surely the pain was a sign of the baby coming, right? Maybe it's just taking a little rest before making it's entrance to the world.
I'm 26 weeks with 1st, so no real idea of what a "sign" is - i've been having a braxton hicks every few days and can't even imagine what REAL birth signs are like...

Don't listen to them, Franny - i have had complete strangers assuring me that I am having a boy but I know it's a girl (really do know, have had to have lots of scans).

Not overdue yet (10 days to go) but thought I might as well get settled in early. Where's Squonk - she usually loooves this sort of thread?

I never say till it's born, sleepy - there's always someone who doesn't like it and will say so!
I love Theodore / Theo - we have a good friend with a little Theodore otherwise i think I may have gone for it myself

Butterfly are you scared of anything in particular? or just have the general fear

I'll mooch and moan with you. I was due the 4th too.

I have had slightly early babies before, dd was 39 weeks and ds was 39+4, so I am feeling as though I'm a week over already.

hate being so huge, can't even get off the sofa without being oiked up by dh.

midwife is going to rummage next Monday if I am still here

not such a crap day today, I tried really hard not to get grumpy with ds and after a false start succeeded

plus went to the gym which always makes me feel better if I can only haul my enormous planet sized body there

[rude lurker sticking her nose in]

clary sage

Nice hot shower, massage into aforementioned planet sized body, et voila a BABY

I am focusing on waiting a week and then the midwife will rummage it out

ooh (TMI alert) I had about a millimetre of mucus earlier

that is about the ONLY sign I am nearing delivery that I have had in the last 2 weeks
apart from the planet sized business

lol, I've tried clary sage, jasmine, lavender. as well as Evening Primrose oil & RLT.

Midwife at the hospital gave me a sweep last monday big show then zlich. my local midwife won't do anything as I'm crossing areas to have my baby

Nothing but dynamite is gonna shift mine i'm sure.
