I am not quite ready to join the October group yet . I found out I was pregnant at 10dpo and confirmed with a frer 11dpo and 12dpo. No symptoms so far bar feeling really tired. Anyone else want to join me ? This is my first pregnancy so hoping all goes smoothly ❤

Hi @1992EM, congratulations! I just found out yesterday at 8/9dpo, but my Premom app puts me at 4 weeks tomorrow when af wasn't due until next week. This is my 5th pregnancy, I have 2dc, one chemical pregnancy and one mmc which was in December at 10 weeks so I will be taking this one day at a time.

No major symptoms except incredibly bloated but thought that was from lockdown eating! And headaches, but again, lockdown stress seemed reasonable!

@Garman congratulations ❤ i am 4 weeks today too . AF was due tomorrow . I am really nervous but excited. It is such a strange feeling . I am trying to not get too attached as I know it is so early. I am just really struggling to sleep at night but so tired during the day 🤣. Nice to have someone who is in the same boat to talk too . ❤

Yeah it's difficult not to get attached, and it's a long road when you find out this early! I'm the same, can't sleep at night and then dragging myself through the days this week!

@Garman I know . Seems like a long road ahead but hopefully an exciting one 💕

I just got this this morning and scared to believe it could be true. Period not due till somewhere between Sun and Tues, this was our first month ttc baby no.3 I didn't track ovulation and my cycles haven't been regular lately so this seems too good to be true 🙈 I didn't want to test this early but felt really off yesterday and have been exhausted all week. Congratulations to you both 💛

Congratulations everyone! I am now 4w 3d and full of anxiety. I am trying to take it a day at a time using little milestones to make it easier (eg. past day of missed period, 4 1/2 weeks, 5 weeks, early scan etc).

I try to also think that what will be will be. I am super excited though and I've not been able to do any work all week (I am a masters student).

Hi all hope you don't mind me joining? I got my BPF at 9dpo, I'm now 11dpo. Still testing everyday to check line progression 😂 after a chemical last month and 2 MC before that, I am petrified. So far my boobs are sore, had a dull ache in my pelvic area for a few days. I ovulated on the 7th which would put me at 3+4 weeks ☺️ xx

@odette13 Congratulations 💕that is amazing news and so quick too .

@2021willbegreat Congratulations 💕 I love your username. That is a good plan as I am very anxious too . AF due tomorrow. I will be testing daily until I get a digital and probably even after (not tried one yet ) 🤣. I have stocked up on cheapies too.
@lockdownbabyx Congratulations 💕 Sorry to hear about your miscarriages , that must have been awful . I have heard once you get to 6 weeks the risk drops so that is my goal at the minute. ❤

Congratulations everyone 😊 I'm going to buy some more tests today, used my last frer and strip test yesterday totally sure they'd both be blank, the strip one was but the frer later gave me bfp so now I need more 😂

@garman I ordered loads on amazon frer and CB digital. I am feeling quite light headed today when I bend down or get up quickly. I am hoping it is an ok symptom 🙈

Hi and congratulations everyone 😊 hope you don't mind me jumping on! Like @1992EM I'm still feeling tentative so this is a nice space to be cautiously excited.
Had a frozen embryo transfer 10 days ago with a 5 day embryo. My official test day given by my clinic isn't till Tuesday, which would be 14 days after the transfer, but I caved in and tested early today and got a bfp! It works out to 14dpo because the embryo was 5 days old.
I tested with a FRER and got a quite good line, so I think I'll do another on Saturday, then use a clear blue on Tuesday for the official test day to inform the clinic.
Sorry that's all a bit complicated! Wishing everyone luck for these tentative early days :)

Congratulations @Gabby1234!

@1992EM I had ordered a bulk pack of opk's and hcg tests in December after my mmc to check when pg tests went negative and start ttc again. Used the last of them yesterday and any I order online wouldn't arrive until next week, and I don't want to encourage myself to obsess any more than I already have! So just grabbed frer in local chemist. Tested with no hold because I was dying for a pee after 2 cups of tea and got a similar line to yesterday which is good for 9/10dpo.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but why do you need to do a digital? Yeah I've no progression on my frer now because today's was done with no hold so looks the same as yesterday's, but I suppose that's progression in itself, just not visible!

I haven't told DH yet, I feel fine unlike last time when I was sick literally from implantation and it was a shock as we hadn't been ttc. Don't want to get any hopes up at all!

1992EM · 18/02/2021 13:37

@Garman no you don't have to but I want to see the progression in weeks from that. You won't see progression on a frer for 2 to 3 days as hormones double every 2 to 3 days . I noticed a difference from the cheapie on 10dpo and then today but not really on the frer . It is slightly darker but no noticeable. I am hoping tomorrow it will be darker that yesterday's one . Then I think ill just do.it every 2 to 3 days x

I never really got into the test progression thing on my dc, just took one strip test and believed it, that was before I discovered ttc boards lol!

Gabby1234 · 18/02/2021 13:59

@Garman @1992EM thanks! I'm going to try to just test every 2/3 days. And I'm too scared to do a digital weeks indicator because for my last CP that was the indicator things weren't right when it just stayed showing 1-2 weeks. I'll get a 7 week scan with the clinic, then a 9 week one before they discharge me so I'll just wait for that for reassurance I think. I'm on lots and lots of progesterone and blood thinning injections which is all to support early pregnancy, so that's a nice reassurance, even though injecting myself is no fun.
Have you guys been trying for a while?

@Gabby1234 That sounds promising. We have been trying to 10 months. This is our first time getting. BFP so very anxious which I hope will get better . Fingers crossed all goes well for us all and we will have beautiful babies by the end of the year x

@garman I know, as much as ttc boards can help they have also stressed me out as there are so many threads about chemical pregnancies . My focus is to get past the weekend and then I can focus on getting to 5 weeks etc 🙈 x

@1992EM 10 months of trying feels like ages I know! You must be over the moon. We tried for 12 months before going for IVF a couple of years ago, which resulted in my baby son Smile I agree that trying to stay positive and not read horror stories is the best thing to do. Not getting excited won't make you feel any better if the worst did happen, just enjoy it as much as you can. Easier said than done I know! I'll feel good when I get to 7 weeks I think.
It doesn't help that I don't really have any symptoms other than tiredness. It's hard to distinguish that from lockdown lethargy though!
I'm also worrying a bit because I'm constantly picking up my toddler and chasing round after him, bending suddenly etc, so I hope that's all ok.

@Gabby1234 Thank you ❤ 10.months has been hard but I know it isn't as long as some people have to try for. I really appreciate your advice. I am going to stop reading articles about chemicals and miscarriage as I am freaking myself out . Need to embrace the moment and what will be will be 🥰💕

It's absolutely fine to chase around and pick up a toddler when pregnant, my son was 2.5 when my second was born so there was much hiking him up onto my hip and being used as a climbing frame the whole way through!

I've had a scan at 6-7 weeks on previous pregnancies but with an mmc after a healthy scan last time I think I'm going to wait until 8+ weeks for a scan, don't want to think there's hope and have it dashed again. Epu said I can book an early scan after the mmc but unless they promised me one every week I don't think a one off would help.

Anyone else obsessed with poas and then googling to see if your line progression is normal? 🤣🙈 haven't had the courage to do a digital yet . My line progression is better on the cheapies because I have one from 10dpo . My frer are getting darker but not quick enough for my liking 🤣x

@NW2021 Ahh congratulations ❤❤ I don't plan to phone the doctors until either 4 or 6 weeks. I don't think is needed as the first appointment isn't until closer to 10 weeks. Just take a prenatal vitamin with vit d and folic acid. I also read that it should haven't vit a in it so check that . This is my first and I am so nervous . Today is the day AF was due so far all good and stronger tests today compared to 11dpo .
