Rescued movements?

When would you worry about rescued movements? I'm 21 weeks and been feeling baby kick constantly for the last week but today she seems to be a bit quiet compared to the other days, she doesn't feel so strong and active. Do they have quieter days this early on or is this something to worry about?

Please try not to worry- I know, it's hard smile
Have a really cold drink or perhaps some lunch and see if baby starts up after about twenty minutes.
If you are still worried, do ring your midwife- that's what they're there for.
Baby's probably just sleepy today smile

Like PP said have a sugary fizzy drink and see if she starts to move about. If not get it checked out - better safe than sorry xx

At 21 weeks they're still small enough to hide, if your worried phone up but don't be alarmed if at 21 weeks the midwife you speak to isn't overly worried. Xx

Absolutely ring if you are worried but remember babies don’t get into a set pattern until around 28 weeks. At 21 weeks baby is still small enough to move into a position you don’t feel her as much.

I think I was told not to worry till after 24 weeks, because baby is so small. Though I went in once to have baby checked before 24 weeks because I was worried.

I worry about this all the time. My midwife told me it isn't a problem until 30+ weeks as they are still so small at 21 weeks that you can't reliably feel them every time they move. Helped me stop panicking but so hard isn't it!

I agree with PPs, have something sugary and then lie down and focus on feeling movement. Hopefully you'll get a reassuring prod smile

It’s too early.
