Ahhhh HUGE congratulations @FireflyGirl !!! 😍😍😍 so so happy for you and can't wait to hear more details! Can't believe how many babies are about to born on this thread!! 🌈 it is amazing 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

@ChampooPapi thank you for doing the list - so happy to finally have a 3 at the front of my number now!! And it's amazing how so many of us are close to due dates/close to third trimester/close to 20 week scans now! 😄 we're definitely overdue some BFPs from the miscarriage group though... @Fizzl I hope you come and join us when you're ready 😘😘😘

And thank you Champoo for the reassuring words on the other thread. You always know the right thing to say! I have my scan on weds 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 feels like each one is a bit more scary now as I know the 30-32 week mark can be very touch and go with monochorionic twins! If we get to 32 I'll be over the moon and 34 will just be incredible! Haha you made me laugh with your belly measuring 55 weeks 🤣 it must be so uncomfortable. I had mine measured at 28 weeks and they said it was measuring like a 36 week singleton gestation. Mental!! So I pretty much look full term now. May even do a bump update as there aren't many left! Fingers crossed for you on Thursday... it's going to be a big day, what with @BS9790 c section as well!! Eeek so exciting!! 😃🌈🌈

@TerribleImagination so happy your boss is understanding... hopefully this week won't feel as manic and stressful! You've got to take of yourself and bubba 😊 xx

@Ejb86 we need some more ladies to add to our list who have become pregnant after miscarriage. I hope every week that I see an update from the 🦕 thread, I'm sure before the year is out there will be more bfp from there 🤞

@MilsCookie tomorrow is a big day for you and your partner, can he come in with you? What's your hospitals protocol currently with him visiting or staying after your section?

@ChampooPapi when we spoke to the midwife last week she suggested they were quite flexible for partners whose babies were in NICU... but I think that's for staying with them. He can be with me for the whole before and during the c section but I'm not sure how long he'd be able to stay with me after. What about your partner? It's so hard to tell at this stage whether the babies will be taken away straight to NICU or whether they'll be able to stay with me 😞

Ah thanks @MilsCookie! I'm still being a little tentative as it's such early days. I have my first scan on Monday when I will be 6 weeks so all being well I might officially hop on after then! It still feels quite surreal. Apart from tender/sore boobs I don't really have any symptoms! I know it's not necessarily a bad sign but I kind of wanted to be hit with sickness or something to make it feel a bit more real 😬 I know it's still early and it might still hit me yet. I did have some niggling pinching type sensations but that's mostly stopped now too 🤷🏼‍♀️

Lovely to see how far along everyone is now! Congratulations to those who have recently had their rainbow babies 😁🌈

Also congrats @SunnySideUp2020! Your dress is beautiful and your husband looked very dapper too! Love the colour of his suit.

@MilsCookie I think even at 34 weeks they would be taken to the scbu or NICU, I've been told even mine if they are delivered this coming weekend it's highly likely one or both will need a few days in the special care baby unit due to their size/growth trajectory slowing. They call it the golden hour (which I didn't know about) when they refer to the time your birthing partner can stay after a section. I have a hospital kind of matrix thing that says all the hospitals policies across the UK, it varies wildly! I'll post it, it may have been posted on here a while ago, not sure where I got it from but I'm Torbay in the south west and they are fairly strict. It's the unknown of it all isn't it 😬 and for you and your partner especially you are just in this limbo about what happens week to week, and now the looming section where you don't know how that will go, and when you'll even see the babies. And all the time there is at the back of your mind how you will physically recover and what actually is being done to you on the day in surgery, it's a lot! This week though is going to totally fly, and are you having measurements taken growth wise tomorrow? They can only do mine very two weeks for accuracy so assume yours the same?
