Feeling so upset this morning.

This is my 3rd pregnancy. First a healthy little boy, second ended a year ago with a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks and finally pregnant again and approx 7weeks.

Up until Friday I was having lots of symptoms. Very bad nausea could hardly do anything and was going to call dr this week for ani sickness tablets, painful breasts, tired, completely off tea as with my first. I was feeling confident everything was ok.

Friday slowly these symptoms disappeared and today I feel fine,I wanted a cup of tea. Painful boobs gone. Last week I was crawling on the floor feeling ill today nothing not 1 but if nausea.

I had an early scan hooked for Thursday have changed until tomorrow but in my heart I know. With my son I was SO sick until week 14 and with the mmc no symptoms at all.

I don't know what I'm asking really just can't stop crying :(

Oh sweetheart I hope it’s all ok for you. Just so you know my pregnancies were sooooo different to each other. I was fine with my first absolutely no symptoms at all, with my second I was sick all over the place along with all the other classic symptoms. Both were normal healthy pregnancies.
Pregnancies can be very different and I hope things work out for you x x

As pp said, my first and second were totally different. DC1 I was sick for weeks. DC2 was fine. Tiny bit of nausea but nothing much and it didn't last long. This is DC4 and I had days of feeling terrible and other days of feeling fine. Every pregnancy is so different.

I've only had one pregnancy but I remember how my symptoms suddenly left seemingly overnight - DD is now 11mo. It happens, and as PP have said, there's no guarantee that this pregnancy will be like your first, so stay positive and try to relax a little.

Thank you so much for all your reassurance. I've had to stop crying and pull myself together to drop my little one at nursery and not look horrendous! I'm a very ugly cryer lol!

I really appreciate you all responding. When I had my first the thought of miscarriage didn't really cross my mind but after the mmc which took me by huge surprise I am a nervous wreck!

I'm going to try abs keep busy this afternoon. Thankfully the scan is at 9.20am tomorrow so early.

Symptoms do seem to come and go a lot during the first trimester! I've read a lot of threads on here from people in similar situations and lots of replies that suggest it seems quite normal. It has certainly been true for me this pregnancy. I'm in my third trimester now, but the first 12 weeks were a rollercoaster of symptoms disappearing and reappearing! Fingers tightly crossed that this is the same for you x

I really feel for you @raspberryjamlove. Symptoms do come and go. Try to hold it together until the Scan. Thinking of you / praying that all goes well. I’m awaiting my first scan later this week after a previous miscarriage too. It’s so difficult. ((Hugs))

Just to echo others comments really. I have had a few day streches of feeling almost totally normal and then the symptoms have returned.
I had three miscarriages back to back so know how difficult and worrying a time it can be.

Not sure if your scan is NHS or private? Sometimes with the private ones they have a screen on the wall in front of you as you're lying down. I told the sonographer my fears about MC at my early scan and we decided to turn that screen off while she did her initial bit of scanning, as I felt it would be too hard to watch. Xx

@KinderWild oh I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriages :( that is great advice thank you I will do the same if they have a screen (going private). I will let them know beforehand my worries too and will try and hold it together. When I went for my scan with mmc I just knew something was wrong and was a wreck before ether even scanned me :(

Thank you so much for all your support. I am so over the moon to tell you I saw a little baby and heartbeat 💗 I am such an emotional wreck right now. Baby measuring spot on around 7 and a half weeks. She had to stop the scan whilst I had a good cry of relief.

Thank you for all your kind comments yesterday and reassurance it really helped me. Husband and I treating ourselves to lunch today! Xx

Great news - I had a similar wobble at 8 weeks pregnant this time where I couldn't stop crying as I thought I had lost the baby again (2 prior mc).

The best part of the reassurance scan I had at 8 weeks is how quickly she could find a heartbeat - and as you know when they can't find it the wait is so bad.

Congratulations OP . So glad everything is okay for you! Enjoy your lunch out. I had a mmc last year and know exactly the feeling. My symptoms went one day when I fell pregnant again and I had a panic attack in the waiting room at my private scan. Miracle babies do however happen and my daughter is currently sleeping on me!
