There’s no pic? Is is the test the clinic supply. I’ve always found the cartridges they supply (pink dye) to be really faint. Whereas a Tesco cheapie - well it sucked all the dye out of the control panel.

I think it’s the paper clip

@AmeliaGG, you have to be a member for 48 hours before you can post pictures. If you want, you can send them to me on here by private message, and I’ll put them up for you. My 14 month old twins are the result of a day 5 transfer so I know the feeling of the wait xx

I don’t often load pics, but I think there might be a ‘waiting period’ after you sign up before you can attach pics

Yes @Rememberallball I think you are right - it won’t even let me paste the photo in the private message but thank you for the kind offer to help. I shall be back in 48 hours I guess Wink

Your hormone increases every 48-72 hours so wait a few days and test again and there should be a stronger line

Hi Ladies, the 48hr rule on here is annoying! But I did a second test and now that I can share attachments, I think it’s looking promising eeek! @Rememberallball @Blondiecub0109 @Oneandabean

@AmeliaGG, that’s not just promising - that’s a bloody shout from the roof tops!! Congratulations and will keep everything crossed it all goes smoothly over the coming weeks.

Have you got a bhCG booked? This was my CB 15dp5dt and it’s not nearly as clear as yours - and I knew at 7dpt through a blood test at the ivf clinic before we flew home to the U.K. (had our treatment in Cyprus) that it has been successful with an hCG of 99!!

Thank you 🙏 Smile! The clinic is not planning on doing a hcg blood test at all by the sounds, which I was surprised about. It’s great that yours did so early @Rememberallball! They just booked me in for a first scan at 4 weeks...

We had the blood test the day before we flew home and then the following week on the Tuesday and Thursday (so had them at 7dpt, 13 dpt and 15dpt) I then had to have a scan 27 days post embryo transfer which was fun to organise as, in my stupidity, we booked a 35 night cruise sailing just under 3 weeks after ET 🤦‍♀️ We managed it in Bermuda thankfully and that was where we got confirmation that it was twins!!

Wow @Rememberallball what a perfect location to find out ! Probably good to go away and relax like that, working from home is helping me put my feet up. Did you transfer two embryos or did it divide later ? Smile.

@AmeliaGG, we transferred 2 embryos (first cycle they transferred 3 because they had had to freeze them mid cycle so once defrosted had to use them - that cycle wasn’t successful) this time it was a fresh cycle and they froze the remaining 3 embryos. Won’t be having another cycle though as got our 2 little boys and my fetal medicine consultant here said not to try again for at least 2 years - plus I’m too old now!!

Sorry to hear that @AmeliaGG. We took on our third transfer (one complete failure, one chemical). Do you have frozen or is it a full cycle? Enjoy Christmas, nourish your body, best of luck x
