Okay so this is gonna be a long one but any help or advice is appreciated.
So the date of my last period was 25th June. I've had no bleeding or spotting since then so it's been 105 days since the first day of my last period. Around day 35 of this cycle, I took a pregnancy test and got a faint positive result. Appeared within a minute & there was colour to it - so decidedly not an evaporation line. The next morning I took another & same. Over the next two weeks I took more tests but they became negative so I assumed I was having a chemical pregnancy.
I stopped taking tests for a few weeks but my period never came. Flash forward to around 3 weeks ago and two more faint positives. Doctors have performed two blood tests in this time & they have both been negative.
I have endometriosis so I get a lot of pain & symptoms from this.
However, the past week or two my abdomen has become constantly bloated & tighter. I have sore pain across my stomach parallel to my belly button, no period, constant heartburn with no diet change, headaches, unusually present clear vaginal discharge, back pain, fatigue, etc.
It's been nearly 15 weeks with no period & despite the negative bloods, it all seems very ambiguous.
The doctors aren't being helpful & I'm trying to push to figure out what's wrong as I'm supposed to be imminently starting Prostap treatment to help with my endometriosis pain, but they seem to think I should just get on with it which seems a bit irresponsible to me.
I know it's rare to not produce enough HCG to be present on a blood test & I know it might seem like I'm clutching at straws. But if I wasn't imminently going through a literal forced menopause, I'd wait & see what's happening as it happens. I need this treatment, but I'm not about to risk a potential pregnancy when everything but HCG is pointing to that.
Thanks if you made it this far! Any advice? Thanks.
