RM - pregnant again, early scan alone!

Hi - I am pregnant hopefully with DC 2. I had three late first trimester miscarriages before my first child was born. These were all MMC so picked up on scans. My experience of the sonographers was mixed with some being downright uncompassionate.
I have a blood clotting disorder which is being treated so this should raise my odds of pregnancy success, but I am also 41 so higher risk, and have been TTC for 18 months.
Anyway, tomorrow I have an early scan at 8 weeks and I am scared. Of getting bad news alone, having to process that and having to tell my DH. I know I shouldn't prejudge the outcome. Given my history I feel this may happen again and it's only pragmatic to be prepared. It's the lack of support in that room that is getting to me.
Not sure what I'm looking for exactly. Any advice on how to hold it all together?

I’ve been for scans alone myself which some wasn’t good news it’s hard but you have to go in there strong and hold on to every bit of hope that your getting good news about the pregnancy

Thanks @Mother2princess sorry that you e had bad news at a scan alone. I will get through it I know. I think I'd be nervous even if DH was coming. It's just one of those things.

@Gemc81 thank you. I have checked. And unfortunately my hospital wont be making any changes til October.

I am also having to go for another medical test to rule out cancer on a lump alone this week. It's all a bit much!

Sorry about the MMC @Shinea. Congratulations and I'll have my fingers crossed for you.

I am just back from the EPU. And a relief. A bean measuring true to dates with a flickering heartbeat. Smile

Thanks for your support xx
