Has anyone been diagnosed with DVT in pregnancy? I was sent to Ambulatory Emergency Care for a blood test today, ive been given an injection in my stomach and have another one for the morning then a scan tomorrow afternoon to check my leg. Was referred for painful calf that i can barely stand on. Is it likely to be a blood clot?? They had my blood results when i was given the injection as i was told i was anaemic. Thanks in advance!

Being pregnant does mean you are at greater risk of a DVT. There are other causes of a painful, swollen leg but as you are pregnant it is certainly very possible that yours is caused by a clot.
Sorry I've ever had one though! What they are doing sound entirely reasonable however.
