How early did your start leaking colostrum?

Just as it says above really.

I’m almost 34 weeks and for the last few days have been seeing what I think is colostrum leaking from my nipples.

Is it normal this early on and will it get progressively more until I give birth or usually remain the same amount?

I started leaking around 17 weeks with one of mine. 34 weeks is not early for that

From 20 weeks, on and off.

From 20 weeks, its normal and apparently has no reflection on your abilities to feed later on.

This is true, because I never leaked colostrum at all and both my babies were exclusively breast fed until weaning.

The first time around I had a big leak of colostrum at 39 weeks and went into labour that evening. With this pregnancy I have been noticing small bits of colostrum from just before 20 weeks.

Around about 18/19 weeks for me and I was never able to leave the house again without being armed with a collection of breast pads. It was like having two water pistols attached to my chest.

Small amounts every day from 14 weeks 🤦‍♀️

It only became a clothing ruining amount around 28 weeks and I’m now 31 weeks 👍
