Hey, I just got back from Italy, second trimester. Was fine, just airport took longer than usual due to COVID on the english side. I read that there was no additional risk to pregnancy from flying, they just advise you don't fly in the last few weeks. There is some advice about long hauls and making sure you keep moving on them, but not relevant to Spain.

I've been swimming in sea throughout as I live on the coast and I've never seen any advice against pools.

Enjoy your holiday 😎🌴

I flew when pregnant 1st time around and had no issues.
Swimming pools pumped full of chlorine should be no problem! Have a great holiday xx

Yeah no problem with pools, didn't even think twice about it to be honest and went to 3 in a week!

Also went paddleboarding, which in retrospect might have been pushing it I guess, but was fine! Done it a few times before though and knew I could fall off and get back on easily and safely.
