Ovarian pain 5 months after c-section

Hi, I just wanted to ask if other mums have had the similar experience.

I keep having pain in my ovaries on and off. I had emergency c-section after 72 hours of trying to give birth, it was quite a traumatic experience.

I am currently exclusively breastfeeding my baby and she is quite heavy as well. I feel stiff where the c-section was when I carry her around and lift her and also I have ovarian pain and back pain and I keep imagining really scary things. My period hasn't come back yet but recently I have noticed ovulation for a first time.
