Hi OP, yes, it's normal. The only time to worry is if you have discharge that's really smelly or a funny colour which could indicate an infection of some sort.
Clear or white is absolutely fine and really common during pregnancy

@sel2223 thanks for replying, even if itā€™s thick jelly like? My worry is Iā€™m shedding the plug x

@Anon9990 I'm no doctor so if you're concerned please seek medical advice but my understanding of the mucus plug is that it tends to come away much, much later in pregnancy (third trimester) and that it's usually tinged or streaky with blood, hence the name 'bloody show'.

Is this your first pregnancy?

It can be normal, discharge does increase as pregnancy continues but if it is a considerable amount more than you're used to seeing, I would definitely ask about it.

I queried this with my doctor as my discharge looked like this from about 18/19 weeks, I was told it was normal but then when the discharge started having some red tinges in it around 22 weeks, I took myself to the hospital and ended up needing an emergency stitch as my cervix was opening and this discharge had been my plug slowly coming away. If you're worried at all, please fight your corner and ask a doctor to take a look.

My 2nd, the first ended in mc at 6 weeks. So Iā€™m super anxious.
I will speak to the midwife about it and see what she says, thanks for your advice x
