Can we drink less than 0.05% 'alcohol free' beers etc.??

Hi Everyone 😁 what do we think about these less than 0.05% beers/ciders/wines?

I've completely stopped smoking, caffeine and any normal alcoholic drinks but have been enjoying a few glasses of 'nosecco' and heineken zeros, and for any cider lovers out there thatchers zero is also really nice!

I'm worrying now that I shouldn't even be having those - but am I overthinking it?

Any advice much appreciated xx

They are absolutely fine. Fruit juice can naturally contain more alcohol than 0.05% beer.

I think it should be fine, OP. There was a thread asking the same question a few years ago and that was the general consensus x

I think they are fine.

Someone told me that fresh orange juice can have more alcohol!

I've had the odd 'ultra low cider' which are 0.05%. I'm now 36 weeks and baby is absolutely fine

Given you have to drink over 4-5 units regularly to affect a baby I'd chill on this one 😀
