Hi
I really want to get a grey changing bag-rucksack - with 3 bottle holders in the front-there are loads on Amazon but I have no idea which make is the best does anyone have any recommendations or experience? I had a Yummy mummy one shoulder bag with DD and I'm definitely looking for a rucksack this time!! Thanks in advance!! Xxx

We just got a roll up mat instead so we could use any bag. A rucksack that is comfortable for me would be too small for OH. Plus it was really good to be able to take a big or small bag depending on the days plans.

I have just had this one delivered from Amazon and I'm really pleased with it. Lots of pockets amd quality seems good for the price www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07WFSQYGT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_wk4cFbTTS19GT?tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21

Oooh following this! I am the same. So many a d they look the same but the quality might be rubbish on some. I like the looks of one that the back come out and there is a wee bed you can make or area to change but then wonder if that is just a gimmick you will never use a d better with that as space for stuff.

I've order the same one as @Yorkshirelass251

Due in October so not used out and about yet. But I'm impressed with the amount of pockets, quality, and size for the price. It's got bottle holders in the front pouch.

Can I suggest you get to your nearest TK Maxx/Decathlon etc and have a look at the backpacks?

We used an outdoorsy type one that had two mesh bottle holders in the side for expressed milk and there were compartments on the inside to keep things seperate. I was put off changing bags as like messenger bags they stick all the weight on one shoulder.

This is really similar to what we used:

www.regatta.com/survivor-iii-20l-rucksack-navy/

IME better and less £££ than the changing bags out there.

We ordered this one from Amazon and really pleased with the quality. Ordered a cheaper version off Amazon first but sent it back as quality was really poor. This one though, we can't fault.

Just going to put my experience out there...

Bought a rucksack and within a month got a holdall duffel bag instead

I found the rucksack a total pain. Everything u want is ALWAYS at the bottom and u have to unpack and repack the flipping thing all the time!!

My duffel bag opens wide so I can access anything in the bag easily

The amazon ones are basically all the same Chinese factory basic model with a different badge sewn on. We have one, it’s fab.

I'd mainly just recommend a backpack as to wear it on one shoulder is effing heavy and awkward.

We switched to a standard backpack after a little while. The actual bought changing bag was a little small and not very cool.

The amazon ones like the link above are all pretty similar. Some are even exactly the same bag but with a different sticker on it.
