Hi, I was just wondering what the current situation is with booking in appointments at the moment. Do they do them at home or in hospital. Thanks

It varies from place to place - check which is your local hospital trust, and they will probably say on their website :)

I rang the doctors when I found out. They referred my details to the local midwife team and I got a phone call at 9 weeks out of the blue to do my booking in appointment. Bloods and urine tests were done at my 12 week scan. I got another phone call out of the blue at 16 weeks for my 16 week appointment. Next appointment is my 20 week scan, next week, they said they will offer me the whooping cough vaccine then and take bloods again. Then finally mid August I have a 25 week appointment face to face with my midwife, who I am yet to even speak to as it's been a different midwife ring me every 'phone call' appointment, I got told her name at my 16 week phonecall.

From reading mumsnet every area is working differently

I was told I’m not having one 🤷‍♀️ Scan is the first time I see or talk to anyone. Don’t know if I should question that again.
