Hi! I'm due in march so a little behind you but I needed to tell somebody Haha!
I literally found out yesterday, I'm only 3 weeks, got 2 bfps on frers so must have ovulated early. When I was pregnant with first baby I lost weight because I was sick every day with severe acid reflux. Then 2 nights ago I threw up from awful acid reflux, i thought to myself it was weird and so yesterday morning I took a frer and there it was!

Crazy part is I'm due a week before I'm bridesmaid at my mother in laws wedding lol! I feel like I may go into labour at the wedding 😂😂😂

Congratulations to you! So exciting!

@Solid10 I'm close to Worcester! So far I've gone from feeling sick (don't know if that was psychological as it was early on!) to cramps to nothing to tiredness then this morning has probably been hardest so far. I've got up, gone back to bed and had a nap then woke up feeling sick. How about you? It is nice to have someone pretty much on the same journey! Xxx

@Solid10 have you had any symptoms? Xxx

@Peach1204 ooo you've had a few little symptoms so far then!!! Im jealous! Haha! Ive had none except by around 8pm everyday i'm absolutely SHATTERED!!! I end up falling asleep on the sofa whilst watching tv trying to at least stay up till 9pm so its less sad haha! Even on the weekend after a lie in!

Im going to take that as a symptom like yourself because that never used to happen!

Are you planning on doing any early scans? Xx

I found out on Saturday night I was pregnant and think I’m about 6 weeks but I have dodgy cycles (PCOS) so can’t be quite sure! Still in complete and utter shock that I am pregnant, took 3 tests to be sure! I’m 27 from Kent and was due to get married on 20/06/2020 but has been postponed until 17/04/2021 so looks like we’ll be having a newborn at our wedding now!

@Solid10 I would definitely take the sleepiness as a sign! We have a private scan booked for 8+3 because I want peace of mind and also would like DH to experience them too. Are you going to one? Xxx

@1stTimeParent congratulations on your BFP! Xxx

@Lucindaa AAHHHHH my due date is the 27th too!!! Eek how exciting!! & congratulations!!

How are you feeling?

@Peach1204 ah 8 week scan is probably perfect as you will be able to hear the heartbeat!! ❤️ agreed tho its nice to have the guys involved too so they feel like its more real. Must be hard for them as we're the ones that feel the symptoms

Im going for a 6 week scan on Monday. Mainly because during week 3/4 i had some bleeding so i was put on progesterone so the consult wants to check on it. Bleeding has stopped thankfully but guess i'll be able to see at the scan if its all attached to the correct place

Secretly hoping to heart a heartbeat but think its too early 😔

@Solid10 I thought as much when you said 5+3!! Grin

I've been in pain for the past 24 hrs, left side so I rung GP who has refered me to the EPU for a check up.

Good luck to you for your scan x

@Solid10 I hope everything goes well with your scan! We chose 8 weeks to then only have 4 weeks until the next scan and will go 4 after that then it's the nhs 20 week scan. I liked the idea of every 4 weeks. Xxx

Solid10 · 30/06/2020 14:57

@Lucindaa I'm so sorry you've been in pain 😔 thats good they've referred you straight to the EPU, praying everything is okay!!!!! Let me know how it goes, I have everything crossed for you!!!!!! Xxxxxxxx

@Peach1204 agreed, every 4 weeks is a good distance apart 👍🏼 I think I might copy you and after this 6 weeks scan have another at 8 like you and then 12 week.

Although knowing me I can see myself having a 10 week too haha! Im just always so worried!! Xx

Congratulations! I'm 31, based in London. Been trying for a while- same as you. I'm now 6-7 weeks and due Feb 2021. Been getting horrible nausea and a really upset stomach- hoping I'm able to get a scan done to see what's going on! So nervous and it's all so new for me. Haven't had a scan done as yet!

Peach1204 · 30/06/2020 16:02

@Solid10 @zah89 complete agree with the nervousness. I'm not sure I'll ever enjoy the pregnancy! 😂 xxx

@Solid10 scan was ok, sac and yoke visible but no fetal pole. Scan again in 2 weeks. Most importantly the pain is nothing to worry and for some reason as gone.

Hope you are doing ok!

Hi ladies do you mind if I join on this thread I'm 6+4 weeks at the minute due end of February. I'm 26 & very lucky to have conceived after cycle one- but can't help but feel it's all too good to be true!!

I have my first appointment next week then I was thinking of booking our first private scan for when I'm about 9weeks, just wondering if it is worth doing before 12weeks if there is anything to see xxxx

Hi everyone!

I'm 10 weeks today, due 9th Feb 2021. I'm 29, hubby is 42 and it's our first baby/pregnancy :)

@jbx10 did you go for your private scan? We had one at 8+2 and it was amazing - we could see the baby, the yolk sac and a strong heartbeat. It was really reassuring for me, I'd definitely recommend - I figured that if something had already gone wrong I'd rather know sooner.

Hope everyone is feeling ok :)

@coconutseverywhere your just a couple of weeks ahead of me, we're due 23rd feb :)

I haven't booked the private scan yet, I'm 8+1 day at the minute and I was just deciding if it was worth booking early on if we were able to see anything but sounds like your experience was amazing so I think we will book. Was your partner able to join you at the scan? Xx

@jbx10 Aww congratulations, only a couple of weeks between us as you say :)

For us the scan was definitely worth it, we did the internal scan version and could see the baby really clearly and the heart beating too - we were amazed at how much we could see! There were no features or anything and you couldn't see limbs etc but for us it was 100% worth it! We got a little printout of the photo too, which is now on the fridge and lovely to look at each day :)

Yes my husband was able to come with me and it was really special to see it together. We went to a 'Window to the Womb' clinic (that name makes me laugh hehe).

If you decide to go for it let us know how it goes :)

@jbx10 Here is our picture from 8+2 :) The big blob is the baby, head on the left. The smaller blob underneath is the yolk sac. And then in the middle of the baby you could see the heart beating up and down!

Due February 2021
