Disappearing pregnancy symptoms 9 + 3

I am just over 9 weeks. I had a previous miscarriage at 6 weeks and a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks.
So far in this pregnancy I have had really sore boobs and nausea but this week they seem to have slowly disappeared. I am in bits. Convinced I've had another missed miscarriage.
I have my midwife appointment at the end of this week but I'm a mess.
Is this normal or do I have to brace for the inevitable?

Please don’t worry. I’ve had 3 MCs and 36 weeks pregnant now, this pregnancy I had awful sickness, fatigue etc etc then woke up at 10 weeks feeling like a new woman! I was absolutely shitting myself (soz) as I thought baby had gone but turns out he was absolutely fine at the scan. This is when your placenta takes over from the yolk sac so they awful first trimester symptoms disappear! If you were to take a test now there is a chance it could be negative apparently, due to the HCG levels dropping as the yolk sac disappears :) hope that helps x

My symptoms massively improved around 9 weeks too. I was similarly panicked and found many posts of people saying the same. All was ultimately fine at the scan two weeks later. Symptoms have then come back with avengence! Try to stay positive 😊

I put a some lad post on here a couple of weeks ago, my symptoms started to go around the same time and I also had a bleed at 10+3 scan confirmed all ok, and I feel a bit sick again now 🤢 I have my 13 week scan on Monday and I have again started to panic, I feel it's natural for us... but even with bleed pain loss of symptoms I was ok and I'm sure you will be too, I'm sure it's as the placenta is starting to take over. Xxx

Exactly the same thing happend to me at this time! I'm now 12 weeks and my sickness has come back with a vengeance! Symptoms come and go sometimes x

Update: Just had a scan at 10 weeks and all appears fine! I am so relieved!

Hi ladies! New to this site! I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in January and I'm pregnant again, currently at 9 + 5, my symptoms seem to have disappeared too, and I'm spotting quite a bit the last few days 😔 have booked a private scan for Sunday and just praying everything is ok, sending love to all xx

I was just going to reply that symptoms often peak at 9'weeks and then start to reduce off again as hcg peaks at 9'weeks and then starts to reduce again as the placenta takes over so this is probably what has happened,
