Bigger busted ladies..

I'm relatively bigger-busted (E cup) and in this heat I'm getting a horrific rash under my breasts. Like the bra line area. Even without wearing a bra it's agony. Itchy and so sore :( does anyone have any tips? Struggling in this weather anyway with my giant bump and swollen feet :(

I used sudocrem on the rash, but also liquid talc before i went anywhere to stop the rash appearing!

You can get anti chafing stuff for thighs, might be worth trying some of that.

I've got some Cuticura talc which helps, think my mum gets it in Savers for me.

An E cup isn’t very big at all, even on a larger band. Are you sure you’re wearing the right size? Getting that right will solve a lot of comfort issues. Give this go. booborbust.com/

@BuffaloCauliflower big on me as I'm only 4ft11 and I have to buy tops two dress sizes bigger than my bottom half I'm only wearing sports bras at the mo which have a little leeway for sizing as I need to get measured for nursing bras soon. I think it's just sweat causing this issue though because even when I'm not wearing a bra at all it's just as bad, very frustrating

I wish I was only an e cup . 36gg and I'm only 5ft2. I also get sweaty underneath.

A proper underwired bra that really lifts you up might help too.

I'm a G at the moment because I've put weight on. I'm sweating but it is drying quickly because the boobs are not flopped on my chest. Lifted and separated is good.

I wore underwires throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding with no issues whatsoever. I am always careful to get good fit on a bra which is why I think.

@mrslillian hmm, what band size are you wearing and what dress size do you usually wear? Still definitely worth measuring. I’m only 5”2, currently a 32GG (also pregnant) and I still wouldn’t say my boobs are particular huge.

If the sudocrem doesn't clear it up just be aware you might have a yeast/candida/fungal infection. I'd give it a few days and then try some antifungal cream. Also let the air get to it as much as possible, I have to lie down so they flop back a bit, so attractive!

Sports bra may be the issue! I find I get the sweat and the rash when wearing a sports bra or non-wired bra. Worth trying a wired bra (fine in pregnancy IF the fit is right) or there are non wired bras that look like wired bras and offer more separation. Although I'm all there on the general comfort of sports styles! Talc is also a v. good shout. I also have a little glass jar of calendula ointment. I would get something that looks and smells pretty as well as is functional. Covering bump & boobs in E45 probablh works as well but made me feel so rubbish about my body.

@mrslillian DON'T use anti-fungal cream - it's not safe in pregnancy. I have recurring tinea versicolour which requires treatment with anti-fungals to clear it and my GP has said I can't use anything - creams, pills or even medicated anti-dandruff shampoo - while pregnant or breastfeeding.
