Nauseous when hungry

So I am 8+5 and for the past like 2 weeks I've been getting really nauseous and hungry at the same time which shouldn't be possible because it can be within an hour or 2 of eating.

The nausea is only relieved by eating so that means I am constantly eating, I've put on 7kg in the last 3 weeks which isn't terrible because I was underweight before still slightly but not bad.

Has anyone experienced this?

Yeah I had that pretty much all the way to week 16/17. Very frustrating as didn’t know what to eat but also didn’t want to eat from feeling nauseous!
I found little sweet clementines were great for me to snack on, immediately made me feel better - I would go through a bag or 2 of those a week! Smile
My other issue was I’m not a great eater first thing so I wasn’t having brekkie straight away, then I got so hungry I felt sick. So either forced myself to have something first thing like cereal or toast or if I had dinner quite early the night before tried to have a little snack before bed so I didn’t wake up starving/sick!! Such a strange feeling.

Yes that's exactly how I had it in first trimester. Constant battle of forcing myself to eat as I was hungry but felt sick. It went around 10-12 weeks though so fingers crossed for you.

Yep, I used to slowly work through plain crackers, one an hour to keep it at bay.

Yep, remember this - it worked best to eat preemptively to prevent getting too hungry.

SAME! I'm now 15 weeks and have already put on a stone! Only thing that relieves mine is eating x

Oh yep. Had this. Always in the evening on the way home. Got to the point I'd order food to the office at home time just to eat on the way home. Then have dinner as soon as I got in. It did disappear by second trimester though.

I had the same with both of mine. It lasted until 12/13 weeks, I had a supply of digestive biscuits, plain crackers etc in my car and office.

Sometimes it only took 1 biscuit to relieve the feeling.

Fingers crossed it eases soon for you.

Yes I had this so so badly as you describe and for me it was twins! I didn’t have this with other pregnancies. I remember having to stop and grab for food at traffic lights otherwise I would be sick. Or having to pull over to petrol garages to get food if I’d forgotten to pack any, or having to eat food on the way round Tesco’s because I literally couldn’t wait to get to the tills!

I'm 10+4 and tummy rumbling kind of hunger an hour after a large evening meal... If I don't respond I feel nauseous. It only started about a week ago, the persistent hunger!

Yup, I remember that. Went alongside terrible food aversions so I would be hungry, disgusted and nauseous at the same time. Confused

I had that too. I made sure I never went anywhere without a bottle of water and a pot of raisins to nibble on constantly! It does pass.

Yep I hate that too, but it only lasted until about 12 weeks, I would eat what you need for now to be honest. I had to eat something before even sitting up in bed in the morning otherwise I would be sick, and then always had some biscuits in my bag and made sure to have something every hour or so. I couldn't face full meals so it probably evened out.

Yep the only time I didn't feel nauseous with my youngest was when I was eating.

It stopped about 14 weeks I think.

Yes it does end but I even ate in the night, had a snack bag in the wardrobe. I might reinstate it actually, it was great Grin

I put on a fair bit to start with but it soon leveled off. In the end I was only 18lbs heavier and it was all baby, placenta and waters. Once baby was out the weight dropped.
It’s mostly bloat to start with, you won’t have put on fat. Enjoy it Smile

🙋🏼‍♀️ I Only really get nauseous when I'm hungry but it makes it much worse than normal nausea! If I don't eat when this kicks in I very quickly slip into tired and no energy then don't have the energy to make myself food which then makes me feel worse so I just have to try and eat something as soon as I feel myself getting a little hungry before the nausea kicks in! I'm on 11+4 I hope it goes away soon! I didn't remember this from last time!
