12 weeks post partum - how did you feel?

Hi
I had a c section at 29 weeks, felt fine and felt as if I recovered really quickly. Now approaching 12 weeks since and I just feel off.
It’s hard to put my finger on, it’s not the scar or any pain but just feel tingly, pulsy sometimes and light headed. I had a normal first period, but second one was a bit heavier. Could it just be a major hormone wobble? How did you all feel? Xx
